Our service fee covers the work agreed for the selected service. Once processing or substantial work has started, the service fee may be non-refundable because time and resources have already been committed.
3. Government and Third-Party Charges
Amounts paid to an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, appointment centre, airline, hotel, courier or other third party are subject to that party's refund rules. A visa refusal or cancellation does not automatically make such charges refundable.
4. Client Cancellation
If you cancel a service before work begins, you may request a refund of any refundable amount actually received by 18 Visa Expert, after deduction of applicable non-refundable third-party charges and any work already completed.
5. Visa Refusal
A visa refusal by an embassy, consulate or immigration authority does not by itself create an automatic refund of our service fee. Any refund, if applicable, will depend on the service terms communicated to the client before processing.
6. Duplicate or Excess Payment
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please contact us promptly. After verification, an eligible excess amount may be refunded after applicable transaction or processing deductions.
7. Refund Requests
Refund requests should be sent to info@18visaexpert.com with the applicant name, registered mobile number, payment details and reason for the request. We may request supporting proof before processing a refund.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be sent through the original or an agreed payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy when our services or supplier terms change. The latest version published on this page will apply to future transactions, subject to applicable law and any specific written terms already agreed with a client.
